Two Programs. One Methodology.
We offer two program packages —— Asja's and Dora's —— with separate pricing.
The difference reflects professional experience, seniority, and individual expertise, not a difference in the quality or methodology of the training.
Asja brings more than 25 years of professional practice, education, and mentorship, together with highly developed clinical and practical judgement. Dora works within the same methodology and professional standards, built through years of education and mentorship with Asja, while bringing her own experience and training perspective.
The methodology is shared. The standard is shared. The experience, specialisation and individual approach are what make each program distinct.
Raising the Standard
Our clients are at the heart of everything we do.
Their trust, progress, health, and long-term results are the reason we care so deeply about the quality of our work. Every decision — from exercise selection and programming to education and professional development - ultimately comes back to one question:
What is best for the client?
This is why education and mentorship are such an important part of our vision.
We believe better-educated professionals make better decisions, individualise training more effectively, and take greater responsibility for the people they work with.
Through professional education and mentorship, we want to help future trainers develop not only better practical skills, but better judgement, deeper understanding and a stronger sense of professional responsibility.
The joining of two generations allows us to share knowledge, experience and new perspectives - while continuously learning from one another.
To preserve what has been proven, question what can be improved, embrace what is current, and pass meaningful knowledge forward.
Because better professionals create better training.
And better training creates better outcomes for the people who trust us with their bodies.
