Booking Policy

1. Session Booking
Regular sessions must be booked by the 1st of each month for the following month.

2. Booking Flexibility
Each month, you are entitled to 3/4 make-up sessions or schedule changes. These can be booked from the 2nd of the month, are valid only within the current month, and cannot be carried over.

3. Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend, please cancel your session. Sessions that are not cancelled in advance are not eligible for a make-up session.
